As organizations grow and become consumed in the day to day whirlwind it can often require an external force to view the company from outside of "the machine".  Here at Plant a Seed Solutions we have experience in growing companies of all shapes and sizes using our PASS System.  Our approach is to create alignment within the team and take down the walls that encompass divisional or organizational silos.  Our goal is to establish sustainable development that becomes organic over time.

One of the first steps we take with our landscape industry clients is to review, or create, the company's mission and vision.  We believe that the organization must find its "why" and agree on its purpose.  This exercise is the first step to unlocking alignment and sustainable development.

Core values are what should drive the organizations development .  They should be meaningful to the team and be the heart of every internal and external interaction.  If a company has existing core values we will assist in the process of revisiting them to ensure they represent the organization.  If you do not we will engage in the process of their creation.

For many green industry and other service based businesses it often difficult to see outside the day to day especially when that industries "busy season" is at hand.  We work within the organization to determine the value of current meetings and present possibilities to either centralize or decentralize the current structure.  We utilize current technologies to cut the tie to the office and maximize productive time.
